Company Profile Advanced Agrilytics is an agronomic tech company that provides farmers with actionable, customized strategies to deliver sustainable outcomes at the sub-acre level. Our independent hands-on approach combines field specific data with agronomic research to meet farmers at the cross-section of technology and a personal agronomist. With our patented Hex-Grid system, Advanced Agrilytics provides precise recommendations that help farmers manage inputs and resources and maximize profitability in any given environment. Our recommendations, backed with our own research and proprietary data systems, provide operations prescriptions focused on return on investment and independent of product manufacturers and retailers. Founded in 2013, Advanced Agrilytics is rapidly expanding its team across the Midwest. The successful candidate will join a team of industry veterans with experience within agriculture’s leading seed, chemical and agriculture technology companies. Advanced Agrilytics seeks a Marketing Communications Manager to lead our efforts on brand building, design and implement regional marketing and sales promotion programs and analyze the effectiveness of our marketing spend. Qualified candidates must have sound project management skills, high results orientation, a collaboration mindset and excellent communication skills. Key Areas of Responsibility • Work with the Leadership Team and Regional Business Directors to design and implement regional marketing plans to address the needs of each region to meet their business growth objectives • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of the marketing spend including measurement of ROI and assessment of the effectiveness of marketing programs • Understand customer insights and behaviors to reach the proper audience and nurture the customer journey • Leverage data to create scalable channel strategies • Work closely with Sales team, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them appropriate tools, marketing materials • Develop and implement the overall brand building efforts for the organization including development of the social media footprint and communications strategy • Coordinate with agencies including media, public relations, advertising, market research agencies and other external providers and drive timely project management of critical projects • Understand the product life cycle and business strategy to as to align our marketing strategy and plans to the emerging business needs • Oversee marketing communications including content creation, creative development, execution and dissemination • Oversee and Coordinate tradeshow/events for the company
Experience Required:
Requirements: • Education/Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, public relations, business or a related field • Experience in the Agriculture/ Equipment industry required • 3-5 years relevant experience in the field of marketing • Experience in services marketing or marketing in a digital industry preferred • Has demonstrated a successful track record of leading scrappy, innovative and impactful marketing campaigns through non-traditional channels, with small budgets and lean teams. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, prioritize tasks, allocate resources and meet deadlines
